Bible Belt vs. Vatican
September 12, 2017 at 2:47 am
Please me wannta knowa.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

This reminds me of a South Park episode about an election between a douche and a turd sandwich.

The Vatican.
If Jesus existed he's buried somewhere in Israel.
Italy is only like a 1000 miles from the Israel.
Duh.

I live in the Babble Belt. They should be glad atheists, Muslims, Buddhists, etc., exist. Otherwise they'd be at each other's throats. Seriously. I saw a Baptist church buy the land that lead to a Pentecostal church and build a brick wall across the road. A few weeks later the Baptist church burned down.
