People produce child porn for a variety of mostly non-ideological reasons. Primarily because they make lots of money doing so. I'd need a LOT of data you're not providing to make the connection that atheism fosters child porn, particularly when religious people have been exposed as pedophiles in large numbers also.
My guess is that it probably has way more to do with first-mover advantage, superior product and marketing, and/or unintended consequences of the legal and law enforcement environment, than it does with whether or not individual pornographers believe in some deity or other. From what I know of the porn industry, those people care only about the easy money and easy money makes it easy for all sorts of people to overlook any qualms they have about what they are doing to obtain said money.
