I didn't know about it, but I'm not sure Californians voted for anything.

In Illinois, there's no elections this year. Well, maybe some school board elections, but those happened in April, and since I didn't know anything about the candidates, I didn't vote.

I voted and my school district taxes went up. Only about 15% of the voters in the district voted and the tax increase passed with about a 65% approval rate.
