As you'd know if you'd ever been out drinking with me.

My wife is so uninhibited it makes me jealous.  I mean, I'm a guy, so I'm a proud farter in most settings.  But, you know, in public I at least try to be sneaky.  Imagine my surprise when at a restaurant she tilted to one side and ripped one without batting an eyelash.  Pretty early on.  That was probably the moment I realized she was the one.

Elaborate?

Nope, he just said "don't go".

That would have been redundant. Didn't know he was dead at the time. Just dreamed that he said "don't go" while I was looking at charts. The trip was canceled without input from me.

Wait .. are you the ghost she thinks she has seen .. and can anyone else see her?  *mind is blown*

Hey welcome, I like you avatar and your combination of whimsy and nerdy interests.  No Oreos for me though, I like fitting through doorways now.  For me, Oreos like crossing the streams, are something that one just mustn't do.  Anyhow if I was from another planet -don't laugh- I'd be from earth, weird right?  If I was human/animal amalgam I'd probably be a were-otter, playful but with a bite.  Okay, this is getting awkward now.  Must stop talking .. *backs away*   *waves*

Shit, maybe I am the ghost! :Shock :Shock

Sad that you can't enjoy a good oreo, but I guess some people just can't.
Otters are cool as hell, man.

I think I'm already dead because I see stupid people everywhere!

My mother was once driving with a friend who suddenly said, "STOP!" She told my mother that that house is in her frequent dreams.

They went to the door and knocked. The person who opened the door gasped, "Your the ghost!"

Apparently, my mothers friend was having vivid dreams, out of body, haunting that house while she herself was in bed dreaming about haunting that house!

I read another story where a woman claimed that her boyfriend was haunting her in her bedroom. She thought that maybe he died. She called him on the phone and he said, "I was sleeping".

In many of my dreams I wonder through elaborate hotels completely lost. Once I went into a room and sat on the corner of the bed. A woman walked into the room and started staring at me. She came closer and closer and started looking through me as if I was invisible. I reached in and kissed her on the mouth! The look on her face was priceless!

Maybe ghosts are just people asleep dreaming out of body!

Personally, I've had dreams about someone and then encountered them, or a feeling something was going to happen, and it did.

Of course, this is something that happens to everyone.

And I certainly don't claim that these are any sort of "psychic" activity. Just interesting coincidenced

I've kind of got used to walking around in a very very spooky place now because of the night shifts I've done in work.

Where I work is basically a checklist everything you need in a set for a horror movie.  Old crumbling buildings, chains hanging from the ceiling.
Wooded areas with hooting owls and flying bats.
Open long grass areas.  Showering areas, huge spiders everywhere, huge moths everywhere.

We have to patrol alone around these areas at night, my technique to distract myself from fear is to think about sex.  That pretty much came about by accident, I was walking through the dark area of a warehouse and realized I'd stopped thinking about what I'd do if someone grabbed my by my ankle in the dark because I was thinking about what I'd like to do with this girl I work with.

I love horror films but everyone has probably heard of all the ones I like.

I did see something just today though coincidentally that was on youtube.  This Japanese urban legend called teke teke about a girl who got her legs cut off by a train, and now she crawls around on her elbows and hands finding people so she can cut them in half.

It's the first one.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

during a couple of extremely high stress times during my hospice volunteering I had 'experiences' that some would have found unsettling. Seemed obvious to me I was stressed out and having some consequences in that regard so I didn't freak out or anything
