If guvmint can't revoke Scientology's, no need of trying any other scam.

It's a start but is it constitutional? Can they really revoke Scientology's ticket while letting LDS keep theirs? I doubt it survives a challenge. The government cannot brand one religion bullshit while giving others its stamp of approval. It has to be all or none.

Of course, that's not really what it means. Stripping their exemption would mean that donations were not tax deductible...meaning you'd see those tithes dry up in one big fucking hurry. They could still file their 1120 return and claim all of their expenses.
