Well, the roasting a turkey in a bag experiment worked and the turkey was very good. In fact, there were very few leftovers by the end of the evening lol.
My kid and I spent the day at my friends' home. They're Mexican and they LOVE to party (and we join them often). By the time we left at about 1 this morning, they were scream-singing Laura Branigan's Gloria on karaoke. Good times but I was pooped and had to leave. lol
Now time to get the Christmas tree and decorations up!

Cooked enough for ten, fed 5. Two of my sons friends who had no where to go yesterday or today (we call them the lost boys) came over. Apparently there is some Friday night gamer thing so they all took off about a half hour ago. Now to digest in peace.

I made an enormous amount of stuffing and potatoes for the five of us. My brother was a little shocked that I didn't take more of it with me, he tried. Boy, good stuff though. Had leftovers for lunch today. Got one more serving left. Yum.
