RE: brainwashing & mind control techniques
Indoctrination happens all the time. Pretty much any time people in authority don't like being questioned, there's some brainwashing going on. Just look at the outrage over peaceful protest during football games. It's protected by the first amendment of the constitution, but some people act like these players are disrespecting the troops by doing this. I'm not sure what football has to do with the military, but I'm pretty sure the military isn't fighting and dying for a totalitarian dictatorship.

That's an awfully long rambling introduction to a thirty second video. Are they being brainwashed, I don't know. It looks to me like the standard issue mental battering new numpties receive in any western army.
It's amazing 'science' always seems to 'find' whatever it is funded for, and never the oppsite. Drich.

CONFESSION - Encouraging the destruction of individual ego through confession of personal weaknesses and innermost feelings of doubt.

Explain how the ego is good for us ?
Most of this things look like conspiration theories.

EDIT: Most of this things are affecting us without an intention of brainwashing/mind control. Popular psychologi is about finding posibilitys not certaintys.

Some feeling of self worth is important. But some people can have too much, as with most things, and that causes problems. Ego is basically inflated self worth, so it's not really a bad thing.

Well I agree with you that self-worth is important but I think ego is more about selfishness. You can have self-worth without thinking just about yourself but if you do it in reverse in the way that you don't have self-worth and start beeing altruistic, that can damage you.

OP: I can't tell the difference between your copy paste and any of your comments so I didn't read.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
