None of the religions or holy books sought to prove design by "it's very complex therefore it has a designer", they proved the design through analysis of what is there in a way that it proves there is a designer.

Western Academia straw man centuries of wisdom.

Stop letting them think for you and start reflecting. Ancients had wisdom yes because they weren't so busy texting on their phones and think we know everything due to technology. They sought a philosophy that could not make use of all the scientific knowledge we have now.

I say knowledge but I cringe, more like a useful paradigm we have that eventually will be broken as we make way to more discoveries and analysis and that we are abusing it into a monster that is destroying us.
