If it is a true 'Star Trek' type transporter, I don't see the problem.  If the transported 'me' is identical in every particular to the destroyed pre-transported me (same height, weight, hair colour, memories, emotional balance, predilection for bathing in syrup and so on), I fail to see any dilemma.

If I'm destroyed and replicated in a different location, I've been destroyed and I've been replaced by a replica. That it won't be able to tell it was created a second ago instead of actually moved won't make it me, it will still be my replacement. I wish it well if it happens, but you're not getting me into the damn thing voluntarily. As for being no different than me, for starters, it's in a different location and was made seconds ago by applying my pattern to a matrix. I was in another location, and I came into being the old-fashioned way.
