Mods have 6. Admins have 7.
5 and below are based on number of posts.
Which reminded me, the post requirements were still set to values one would expect on a small forum, which we aren't anymore. Now they are:
0-99 posts - 1 star 100-499 posts - 2 stars 500-2499 posts - 3 stars 2500-9999 posts - 4 stars 10000+ posts - 5 stars 
How does one become a mod or admin?
