Not even an ear piercing?
Didn't know we were counting ears. Used to have three in the left, two in the right. Down to one piercing in each ear.

I've had a lip ring, a tongue piercing and an eyebrow.
I lost the ball which secures the lip ring and then the full thing came out and it heals up instantly with me.
I had the same problem when I had my lip pierced on other occasions, once the ball got punched out of the ring when someone was punching me in the face.
Another time I took it out because I was known as a guy with a lip ring in the night club I went to and I was barred by club security so I took it out, gelled my hair back and wore a leather jacket as a disguise which worked, surprisingly. Unfortunately the piercing healed in the short time between being in line for the nightclub and getting into the nightclub toilets.
My tongue one lasted the longest which I took out a few years back, I just decided they're pretty much a useless obstruction, all piercings. I only got mine out of teenage experimentation, wanting to be a part of the rock music scene, for a bit of attention.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.

Okay, question, why does a nightclub ban someone for having a piercing? Or did I read that wrong, and you were only "recognized" as the guy with the piercing after you were banned for something else. Okay, another question, why were you banned?

When was the last time you removed a piercing, and what type of piercing was it?
Summer 2001.
I was drunk and wrestling the CTO of the company on his living room floor both naked and covered in baby oil. His wife and a mutual friend were sitting on the sofa drinking cava and eating vegan chocolates idly chatting about stuff. I took the sleeper studs out to avoid any damage to my ear lobes and forgot to pick them up again. The holes then closed up before I could buy a new pair and I didn't bother again.

I think this story needs more fleshing out.
Not the piercings, though it sounds like a different type of piercing may have been in the works. The whole wrestling naked and drunk thing...

I think I will probably get pierced ears some time in June.
I don't want a piercing needle through my nose or lip.
Plus I have psoriasis, so I'd be worried about getting lesions if I got them in those spots.

I have ear piercings, but rarely use them.
The more the years go by, the more I’m on a constant war against myself to try harder with my look. It’s funny that I don’t feel weird using heels, but wearing earrings makes me feel like I’m in drag. Lol I feel like it doesn’t go with me and just wearing accessories that aren’t toughish looking makes me feel like I walk weirder and look like hulk. My mom has to remind me often to try a bit and kind of pay more attention to the self, so on occasions I try to do something to my hair, wear a more colorful shirt, or why not, put on some earrings. On those rare occasions I notice I pull it off quite nicely and look cute, but I don’t like being cute! I want swag, not cuteness. Also, I’m lazy.
So, I have ear piercings, but meh.

Well he suggested it. I thought it sounded like a laugh and went along with it.
What I didn't take into account though was that after 4 hours straight wrestling on a hard floor it would leave me bruised all over.
To make matters worse, the next morning, while hung over, I attended a first aid course as part of my PADI rescue diver qualification. Everyone took great delight in me being the patient they all practised on so I had to repeatedly lay down on the floor and get back up again so they could practise their techniques on me.
I tried explaining why I was in pain but it only seemed to encourage them.
Still ... not as bad as wrestling naked on carpet in a club without baby oil with a man twice my weight a couple of years later. The carpet burns took weeks to heal. It was funny though when that guy tried to bear hug me and I slipped out, climbed over his head and down his back head first. Still not sure how I managed that.
