According to google, when the nose runs from eating in general it is due to an allergic reaction to the food.

Unless I'm allergic to all the foods on the planet, this can't be why my nose always runs when I'm eating.

I really don't give a fuck about what people are doing on a table that I'm not on as long as it isn't things like being noisy, smoking or something disruptive to myself. 

Even if it's on a table I'm on and someone has a toothpick or floss I suppose it depends on the manner in how they're doing it but in general I wouldn't care.

Things can be similar for me, due in part to my OCD and Autism spectrum disorder. In my case, the problem area is my fingernails. If I notice one thing that isn't the way I wanted it, it can be hard to concentrate on anything else; and that can translate into physical discomfort (even if it is psychosomatic). And even then, I usually take care of that in an area that's more secluded (like a bathroom or maybe some other room where nobody else is).

Don't people realize that when they pick or floss their teeth, bits of food flies out of their mouths? Don't tell me that none of you here has ever done that sort of thing in front of a mirror, only to have to clean off the mirror when you're done. No one wants to get hit by someone else's chewed up food like that.

At least I don't.
