I remember when this whole thing started .I remember a certain member of this forum arguing i contradicted myself by both arguing that the protests were important as these celebrities using their fame to spread awareness while arguing that the President should not be using platform as President to bully and threaten the players especially when it was way before his administration and there  were immediate problems that needed to be solved one of which ironically enough was police violence which Trump never addressed anyway accept to lash out at players  .
