I like how Australian farmers in this vid invest in reducing the agony, which is f overwhelming in the classical slaughterhouses.

Nobody was killed in WW1 & 2, they were stunned.

They use the word stunned because they render the animal unconscious before killing them on the idea that it's more humane. Sometimes the gap between the two is measured in nanoseconds (well placed captive bolt to the brain)..sometimes longer..as when they bleed them out after gassing or shock .

I'm actually considering reducing my meat intake to once a week for ethical reasons. So, I'm with ya, purps. The conditions endured by animals in these facilities is atrocious.

To meet vital nutrition needs like B12, you can eat really small portions an be healthy.
