Well, we are nearing the end of 2010, so it is time for the Atheist Forums Member Awards! These awards celebrate the people who contribute to these forums, and this year they have two notable changes.
Firstly, there are 3 new categories in which to vote, making the total number of categories a nice round 10. Secondly, we have prizes! Every winner will receive an Atheist Forums t-shirt, complete with their name and winning category! Yay!
For those who were not around for last year's awards, here is a list of the categories which you can vote for:
Best Member
Best Poster
Best Debater
Best Theist
Best Avatar (new)
Best Signature (new)
Sexiest Member (new)
Funniest Member
Most Opinionated
Weirdest Member
Every member of the forum can vote once, as long as you comply with the rules:
1) You must vote for a member in each category.
2) You cannot vote for yourself.
3) Any votes for banned members will be ignored. *
* Voting for a banned member is a neat way to get out of (1) if you can't think of anyone to vote for in a certain category, hence why I left the ability in.
Voting will end in 2 weeks time, with the results announced (hopefully) before New Year, and the prizes distributed in early 2011. For a better description of what the category means, and to vote for your favourite members, please go to the voting page: http://atheistforums.org/awards.php
As always, votes are anonymous, and requests to change votes will be ignored unless a bug is responsible for them, so double check your votes before submitting the form! If you find any bugs, please report them in this thread (although the code is the same as last year's, and that worked flawlessly).
