Anyway it seems you've got paragraphs handled for this post. If you can just keep it up I'm sure you'll get on much better here.

At this point there is no sense in my proceeding to further engage members of the Atheist Forum absent calling for

a consensus vote, to be cast by forum members who undertook meaningful participation in recent discussion on my

thread.

I have extensively explained, during  exchange with members, the reasoning which constitutes my

disproof of Yahweh; Jehovah; and Jesus Christ, over and over again, until I am blue-in-the-face.

If certain chosen members agree to participate in the consensus vote, I will post a double spaced copy of the most

recent writing of Part I of the OP for their perusal.

Members invited to participate in a consensus vote are:

emjay; abaddon__ire; Jormungandr; Mathilda; bennyboy; Vulcanlogician; Kernel Sohcahtoa; SaStrike;  Losty;

robvalue; Khemikal; KevinM1; Lucanus; Whateverist; mh.brewer; Negatio; Kit; and, Astreja .

If the above-named members all agree to participate in the proposed consensus vote, I will post a double spaced

copy of Part I of:  An Important Ramification of Spinoza's Dictum is Disproof of the Deity of Yahweh, Jehovah, and

Jesus Christ.

Members need merely reply with a Yes (meaning Negatio has given us a viable theoretical/ontological demonstration

against the Deity of Yahweh; Jehovah; and, Jesus Christ, or), No. Thank you all. Negatio.

I give up. You showed you knew what paragraphs were in your last post to me and in the OP you put on that bitcoin forum... but now in this one you've seemingly just put blank lines in randomly, which will be just as annoying/confusing going forward as solid walls of text. I honestly can't tell whether you're doing this on purpose now, just to be contrary and just to piss people off... if you are then congratulations, it's working. So I wash my hands of the whole business; work it out for yourself, or don't... whatever.

As for your vote... I abstain. Frankly I don't care enough about the OP, one way or the other, to make a judgement on it, nor am I expert enough in logic to do that anyway. I was just trying to help you use the site, but was happy to leave actual debate of your position to better minds than me.

Going back to the original post, I think there is a vast difference between anarchy and freedom. But most don't seem to understand this till they think of it. Is nudity "freedom of expression" or, anarchy? Is porn "freedom of speech" or, anarchy?

I think that if we don't learn the difference between anarchy and freedom, the anarchist will have the freedom to use the word "freedom" against us and call us tyrants! When, in actuality, they are being anarchistic tyrants! Fucking Hippies!

I also invented a diet pill. It works great but had to quit taking it because of the side effects. Turns out my penis is larger and my hair grew back. And whoa! If you think my hair is nice!

When does size truly matter? When it's TOO big!

I'm currently working on a new pill I call "Destenze". However...now my shoes don't fit.

Authority without freedom is tyranny(Nazi shit, Shari'a shit, religious shit). Freedom without law(authority) is anarchy(Hippy shit).

I just meant 'old' in the sense of 'not modern'... not 'tech savvy'... more likely to be surrounded by books and records than computers and smartphones.

Records ?!  I have not seen a record in decades, and my last album was the White Album by the Beatles.  I had records as a boy, but none are around here.  I have four desktops awaiting me finding the time to trouble shoot and repair them, I employ two smartphones constantly, and a third needs a new battery.

I was just now simply trying to please Abaddon, and use double spacing, and what you see is the mess that was simply the result of hitting the enter key twice, and that is all that it is;----I am not acting in pursuit of some clandestine acts whereby I am attempting to place everyone in a schizophrenogenic double bind, and, make fools of you, and all that absurd nonsense. Jesus fucking Christ !

Of course I have a small series of theoretical works, i.e., books which I peruse and or read intently for days on end.
I am plenty tech savvy when it comes to repairing computers and overcoming software problems.

Yes, you have been beautiful to me, just beautiful.  It absolutely astonishes me that both you and Abaddon are throwing me away on account of double spacing, paragraphs !  I do nothing in all my writing other than double space, always.  This site is horridly difficult, impossible, see what it just did to my post, when I simply pressed the enter button, normally, to achieve double spacing.  Wow, such an absolutistic reaction to failure to double space; so here I am again, in a bind with someone who has been wonderful to me because he thinks I am purposely fucking with him when, in this instance, I was using the keyboard normally, and, the resultant is what you see.  Negatio.

Haipule Wrote:Freedom without law(authority) is anarchy
"Law" is inauthoritative authority, i.e., a series of jurisprudents pretending to be in authority in a given nation, while, in fact, they mistakenly think their law is efficient to motivate persons to do, or not do, prescribed and proscribed things; when, in fact. law per se, i.e., the language of law, has no efficacy among men.  That which has efficacy is all the men with clubs and guns and jails which uphold a language of law, which, in itself, cannot cause, or move anyone to do anything. '
Immediately after the American revolutionary war, after the American colonialists had won their war against the British, there was no government, no law.  Nonetheless, Thomas Paine, the person who is famous for making a midnight ride yelling "The British are coming !" reports, in his little book "Common Sense",  that at that time there was no strife, no anarchy, because, the requirements of normal daily commerce among persons lent civility to interpersonal interaction.  Given Paine's actual historical report of the state of affairs when law was absent, is powerful evidence that an absence of law does not absolutely mean anarchy !  Isn't that fantastic ?! Negatio.

Look, I'm sorry I was abrupt, but I just don't have the patience for this... I thought I did, but clearly I don't. It would be different if I was standing over your shoulder and could thus physically point to things etc, but trying to teach this stuff without the benefit of visual aids is nigh on impossible... and we could be here for weeks trying to get anywhere.

As to the rest I don't care whether you use double spacing or not, but I've just looked it up and I think I know what might be the root of the problem here. You keep saying you're using the Enter button to create double spaces and I didn't know what you were talking about, since in my world the 'Enter' button and 'Return' button are somewhat synonymous and most of the time do the same thing; create a carriage return line feed, as in like on a typewriter; that is the cursor moves from wherever it is to the beginning of the next line.

But from Googling it, there is a precedent for the Enter button creating doublespaces, both in Microsoft and LibreOffice. So I'm guessing that's what's going on here... ie do you use the Enter button for double-spaces in either Microsoft Office... probably Microsoft Word... or LibreOffice? It would make sense for those programs... word processors... to have that feature because they can be used for writing formal, printable letters... which often would use the double-spacing custom, both for paragraph indentation and after full stops, so it would make sense to have a shortcut key for them. I can't test it cos I don't have Microsoft Office or LibreOffice, or for that matter an Enter button on my laptop keyboard Wink only a Return button, but my guess is that this is what is causing the problem for you. Suffice it to say then that if this is the case, you should stop using the Enter button to create double spaces on this site, because this site doesn't have that feature; it just does the default thing with the Enter button; create a carriage return line feed, just the same as the Return button. So in other words, if you want double spaces, you'll just have to press the Space Bar twice.
