I work for the president but like-minded colleagues and I have vowed to thwart parts of his agenda and his worst inclinations.

The Times today is taking the rare step of publishing an anonymous Op-Ed essay. We have done so at the request of the author, a senior official in the Trump administration whose identity is known to us and whose job would be jeopardized by its disclosure. The root of the problem is the president’s amorality. Anyone who works with him knows he is not moored to any discernible first principles that guide his decision making.

Although he was elected as a Republican, the president shows little affinity for ideals long espoused by conservatives: free minds, free markets and free people. At best, he has invoked these ideals in scripted settings. At worst, he has attacked them outright.
In addition to his mass-marketing of the notion that the press is the “enemy of the people,” President Trump’s impulses are generally anti-trade and anti-democratic.

One must ask this anonymous source if it is really worth serving such a useless piece of shit?  Why not simply declare yourself and, although this is not common among republicunts, show some guts.  There are worse things than being fired by the Orange Turdfuhrer.

Wouldn’t you feel obligated to remain under cover so you can be the one to put a bullet between those eyes when he orders a nuclear missile launch against CNN headquarters?

He fucked himself calling it "treason" right after calling the NYT "failing". If he calls it treason then there is truth to the story, but not treason. He is admitting he is unfit.

effective deregulation so that persons in high places can fuck up the environment.

a more robust military to defend against what?  Oh wait, to fight wars overseas.

At this point ima treat the insider as a source of information that appears to be legit, based on what we hear coming out of cheeto von tweeto's upper anus. I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't anybody in the WH. I could make this shit up and a lot of people would believe it.

Point of fact- it isn't matter of national security unless there are state secrets being revealed. If it is just the maunderings of the toddler-in-chief, the only thing that is "compromised" in terms of national security is what everybody already knows, based on their own observations.
