Doubtful. It's pretty difficult to prove that you weren't at a place when the accuser can't name the place or the date.

It's possible, though, if they interview the guy who claims that Ford is mistaking Kavenaugh for himself and that panned out.

All I want to see is a thorough and non-partisan investigation. I think the GOP owes Christine Blasey Ford that much for what she’s been through. If the FBI comes up empty, then so be it, but there is no good reason to rush through this. It just looks bad for the GOP, and robs CBF of a fair shake.

Now that we've got the FBI involved, time to start questioning Ford...(hat-tip Ace of Spades)

Her therapist's notes must be taken up by the FBI. What were they in therapy for?

Why did she lie when she claimed she could not fly?

Did her lawyers inform her that Republicans had offered to fly to California or did they hide that from her? Or did they just tell her to lie about it?

All correspondence between her lawyers and Diane Feinstein and other Democrats must be submitted to the FBI.

The polygraphologist must explain how he conducted the test and who paid him.

How many other people has Ford accused of sexual harassment or assault?
