That could be due to any number of factors which do not lead to the conclusion that more rapes happen in the U.S. I wouldn't be surprised if it is true, but I doubt it is likely true to the extent that your statistic seems to imply. Lacking an understanding of the underlying causes why the number of rapes is this high according to this statistic, I'm not really willing to draw any conclusions from it.

The FBI is going to investigate Kavanaugh, although Trump wants to limit the scope and and wants it done in a week.

Sen. Flake may have just given the Republicans a huge gift. If the FBI investigation turns up nothing new (and that is likely, considering it is going to be "limited in scope"), then they have perfect cover for voting for Kavanaugh.
I applaud Sen. Flake for his actions. It shames the Republicans that they didn't do this by default, though.
We will probably never have proof of Dr. Ford's allegations, but perhaps we will find out that Kavanaugh isn't really a choir boy, and was shading the truth under oath. I am more than disturbed by Kavanaugh's partisan and unhinged nature. I wouldn't hire him for dog-catcher. He creeps me out.
