RE: Do we have vegans here?
I'm a vegan at approximately every third bite.
I don't have an anger problem, I have an idiot problem.

I'm a vegan. I have extremely bad depression and anxiety. These are unrelated, in my estimation.

For how long have you been vegan? From what I have heard from ex vegans and diet experts on the net, is that vegan diet causes huge nutrition deficiency, which can't sustain proper physical and mental health.

It might contribute to the weak mental and physical health. You can always watch ex-vegan testimonies as well as diet experts thoughts on vegan diet.

From what I have heard vegans need to check their blood and take supplements to adjust to a hardest diet there is according to what I have found on net.

It's okay, I know what I'm doing. I just happen to be extremely ill in other ways. I'm physically surprisingly healthy, considering.

My daughter-in-law is a vegan. She's pretty mentally healthy. Not a trump supporter in any case.
"Tradition" is just a word people use to make themselves feel better about being an asshole.

I also try to eat organic food where possible. I am quite used to people who have the need to try and convince me that I should be eating like them because it's easier than then looking critically at their own diet.

I just ignore them.

My sister in law is a vegan.  She is consistently anemic and has had several surgeries for skeletal and ligament issues.  I consider her a fanatic.

RE: Do we have vegans here?
I was mentally and physically very healthy for several years, after recovering from childhood abuse and before coming down with M.E. I was the fastest guy on the basketball court and I could roller skate all day long. Sadly my life is fucked now, so I just have to make the best of it. I'd rather die than give up my diet, anyhow. My convictions are too strong.
