You are my Childperson's age. Young'un. I am closer to 60 now than 59. What I wouldn't give for 40 again! Enjoy it. Start doing something that has been shown to form new brain synapses. That includes learning to dance and learning an instrument. Keep your mind LEARNING. And do balance exercises. THAT will help keep you from losing your balance and falling later on in life. Stand on one foot, a little longer each day. It really does help.

And STAY HYDRATED.

Buy life insurance now if you don't have it already. The older you get the more it costs.
