😭💔
We all have to do our part to casually mention horrifying sexual acts like the Panamanian petting zoo, so we can keep his memory alive.

I don't have any words at this time except that I will miss his presence here sorely.

RE: vorlon13
I remember when I first encountered him upon returning to the forum after a few years off. I thought he was really fucking weird, which isn't a problem for me-just an observation. A strange old man that embraces his homosexuality in disturbing ways and finds the more lurid depths of human sexuality endlessly amusing is bound to be interesting. I didn't really start sharing with him on a personal level until he sent me a message about his condition. He had told Tibs and didn't want Tibs to have to keep a secret from me, which was very sweet, because Tibs did keep his secret. He didn't say a word to me about it. Of course, I didn't mind, but vorls was kind to think of that. Underneath his literal love of assholes was a sweetie pie. None of you know how much, but he worked hard to help us handle all of your reports and various other problems up until very near the end. He may have tried to quit once or twice, but we told him he could stay on and do nothing if that's what he wanted, but we didn't want to take him off the team. He didn't do nothing. He continued to participate. I'm sad I didn't know how near the end he was. I thought the chemo treatments meant he had time. You should never really assume that, and I feel bad that I did. I should've talked to him more. Sorry about that, vorls. See you in hell, buddy.

Going to really miss one of the few persons I consider an online friend. I wish he didn't have to shuffle off the way he did.

I saw the thread title and immediately knew about what the original post contained.

Suffice it to state reading it to confirm my thoughts made me cry.

As stereotypical as it may appear, I got along well with Vorl because he was gay. He shared some of his history with me, and I will always treasure his memory. I am going to miss him.

Didn't know him, but from the posts in this thread it seems like he was a good person who touched hearts. So sad he had to go like that.

He was a great asset to the team and, more importantly, to the forum. I regret not getting to know him more, but his loss is felt heavily by the staff, as I know it will be by everyone who interacted with him on his many years here.
