That’s more than can be said for Sessions. Then again, I’m sure he’ll make up for lost time when he actually does the job.

He also disagrees with Marbury v. Madison, and has said that only Christians should be judges.  (And not "He said it 10 years ago in college!"  he said it just two years ago.  For both)

Well, that was not on that Wikipedia page at the time I read it. (At least, I think that's the revision I read) Now he's even less worthy of the job.

You know what that reminds me of? Back when Sarah Palin looked like she could potentially be president of the United States, she gave an interview where she stated that she disagreed with some Supreme Court decisions besides Roe v. Wade. She couldn't name one.

She didn't even remember easy cases to disagree with like Dred Scott or Plessy vs. Ferguson. Then I thought about it a bit and I figured out that, beyond the ones I just mentioned, I didn't know that many cases off the top of my head; Lawrence v. Texas, Engel v. Vitale (which I may or may not have remembered the name of without Googling it), the Miracle Decision (which I would not have known was actually named Joseph Burstyn, Inc. v. Wilson) and Marbury v. Madison were the only ones I could remember. Two of those, I had to google their names, and a third, I didn't even know what it was at the time, just some half-remembered lecture from American history that said it was a thing. Part of me wondered what would have happened if she just blurted out "Marbury v. Madison" without knowing what the fuck it even was.
