Maybe I’m just a terrible person, I really have a hard time being friends with someone once I know they’re an avid Trump supporter. To be fair to myself I have a hard time being friends with anyone that talks too much politics in person. You guys are better people than me if you can talk politics and still be friends.

I'm not much into politics myself, and if someone was super into it or talking about it all the time, I probably wouldnt be super close friends with them anyway because I dont share that similar interest with them. I dont think you're a horrible person for feeling that way. It is one thing to ditch a friend, and another one completely to just grow apart over time because you 2 are too different.

I have a brother and cousins who support Trump. I tend to avoid them when I can because I've had fights with them over politics. I don't have much friends IRL, and the ones I do hace just happen to agree with me politically, so all good.
