Get yourself a nice pair of tinted yellow...and grow a bushy mustache.  Saves your eyes..and, bonus, you'll look like a 70's pornstar.  So many problems solved.  Wink

that's why military intelligence is usually analyzed in a dark room with specifics on lighting standards and an antiglare filter on screens. How does it go "turn your lights down low, and pull the window curtain". Try dimming the room lights and lowering the screen brightness and seeing if the glare is still there from your eye. If so I'd get shades with blue blocking (I think they even have a clip on to go over your glasses) and an antiglare shield for your screen.
"There ought to be a term that would designate those who actually follow the teachings of Jesus, since the word 'Christian' has been largely divorced from those teachings, and so polluted by fundamentalists that it has come to connote their polar opposite: intolerance, vindictive hatred, and bigotry." -- Philip Stater, Huffington Post

I get glare and distortion when there is only a single light source. But much of that comes from cataract surgery. If I turn on an over head light the glare goes away.
