RE: Finding Stuff All Over Place!
Usually this happens because someone was carving land to build something and found something interesting. A few years ago they had to halt a construction of a dam here in Portugal, because they found stone age scribblings.

There is so much to be found on earth and ourselves, as in the universe. Oh well, I work in a meat preocessing plant, so not much science generated there.

So a mythical king took prisoners from a mythical city in the aftermath of a mythical war?  There's enough mythology there to found a religion.  I'm surprised it didn't catch on.

As high priest of the Agamemnonianites, I am offended by your crass comment.

Are you a member of the Foundational Agamemnonianites or the New Reformed Agamemnonianites of 805 CE, or the Reformed Orthodox Agamemnonianites of 1274?

HA!! You're trying to trick me into a heresy! If that bitch Electra couldn't do it, I don't fancy your chances.

Ok.  Picture a golden penis covered with chinchilla fur, about 60cm high. Imagine it's got built-in aviator goggles, and a chinstrap made of dried and woven wombat dung.

Our hats look almost, but not completely, unlike that.
