That is a fallacy. You cant commit perjury without knowing whom you are talking to. Cops or court, if they identify themselves then your choices are to tell the truth, lie or shut up.

Moot point. Even if the house votes to impeach, the senate won't convict if it's just Cohen's word.

I haven't seen the emails. I read about them briefly, but I rather suspect in the absence of Cohen's testimony, they aren't conclusive. If you know otherwise, please cite or present said information.

From the amount of info making it's way into the public domain..and not knowing whatever prosecutors may have that we don't know..it seems apparent that there won't be any trouble conclusively demonstrating the various grifts and obstructions and perjuries and downright acts of treason. The trouble, as you note..will be getting it to amount to anything.
