If you can not find one redeeming act provided by the Christian church you are being intentionally obtuse.

Churches don't do shit...people do....and they don't need a church for that.  Whenever they have food drives or charity bbqs....I'm down for the struggle.  So, beyond the fact that churches don't do a damned thing that isn't done by others...and done better...whatever meager benefit a church might conceptually and uniquely provide is irrelevant in the face of the profound abuse of it's own members, non-members, and the world at large fundamental to and necessarily accounted for by the greater phenomena of religion and how it effects human psychology...thus, human outcomes.

Your cake....is a shit cake. If you want to eat it, then eat it. Some of us just don't like the taste of shit in our mouths as much as you do.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

You started off okay, but then you starting spouting nonsense (again).

Agreed, people can help others regardless of going to, or being part of, a church.

If you're comparing one group helping to another group helping, then you're probably missing the point.  If a Christian church gives $1 million in aid and an atheist church gives $5 million, or vice versa, and I was one of the people that received a portion of that $6 million in aid, I would be grateful that all parties involved cared enough to give something.  If an outside group gave $2 million (or just a loaf of bread for my family), I would be equally grateful.

I already told you that you've convinced me.  You're just wasting good effort now. Your shameless greed is of no concern or value. That's nothing more or less than an admission that your assent can be bought.

What is the church if not people? If you can come to terms with the truth ans see the people that create the body/church then your whole arguement suppotes everything I have said.

Again if you can not see people as the church then you again are intentionally being blind.
