Color is the nonphysical and nonauditorial change in ones surroundings

Someone said you cant describe color to a person that's been blind their whole life, so i gave it my best shot.
Which is better:
To die with ignorance, or to live with intelligence?

But color is physical, and describing something by what it is not, is not describing what it is.
