But there is a lot of money to be made in the Christian movie market. It can provide C and D-list celebrities who Hollywood's not really checking for with a nice, steady stream of income for years and years.  

It's quite the lucrative hustle.

I've been thinking the same. Though Sorbo has been going downhill since the end of Andromeda.

Yeah, I took a peek at his filmography. But hey, work is work.

Since Andromeda ended he's starred in over 50 films, including a presumably popular Mythica fantasy series, Never Cry Werewolf, some Walking Tall flicks, Sorority Party Massacre, a slew of Christian-themed movies including God's Not Dead and Let There Be Light, and a ton of television guest appearances.

Dude stays busy....lol.

His net worth is estimated at $10M.

He's had four strokes and his friend Kevin Smith (the guy who played Ares) died from an accident on a set in China, which reportedly shook him up pretty bad. I think Sorbo is honestly a 'born-again' Christian of the type that got comfort from the idea of God when they were at a low point. Of course now he blames his declining career on Hollywood not wanting Christian actors.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.
