@Losty its the editor that renders the BBcode rather than showing the tags (i.e. bold text shows as bold in the editor itself)

I can try and mess with the plugin to make it work always.

Ohhh ok. Nbd, I mean if you have the time and you’re bored then go for it. Otherwise at least now I know what I need to do to get it to work
