But what about Eve's vagina before shame?

I was watching classic representation video clip of Adam and Eve and you can see that they're post shame and that Eve is also squeezing her legs to hide her vagina.

But what about before she ate the apple? Did she just sit nude with her legs wide open all the time? Maybe even spread her labia with her fingers so that anyone can take a look? I mean she didn't feel the shame.
