Yeah, you can’t really believe natives should no longer have rights to their tribal lands. I don’t see how anyone can logic their way to that conclusion. It’s either bigotry or you’re just kicking up dust to see who coughs.

Isn't that rather like the US Constitution?

Big difference.

We now acknowledge those rights are for EVERYONE.

Not just those " born to it".

Those treaties should be null and void.

Unless you think we should have a caste system.

Well then, challenge the treaties in court, if it bothers you that much.  But I don't fancy your chances, as they are the supreme law of the land.

And EVERY country has a de facto caste system.  Grow up.

Not endorsing a caste system is NOT bigotry. Quite the opposite.

You accusing someone of speaking like a theist as you ignore evidence and continue to assert your nonsense is quite adorable.

Thanks yet again for a non-answer.  But you understand why treaties can't simply be nullified and made void, right?  Your Senate would have to get involved (if they can pry themselves from the arduous task of enabling your Shitstain in Chief) and that's not going to happen.

Instead of sitting around whinging and weeping over the unfairness of you not being a Native American, why don't you do something about it?

I think we take our equality for granted, onlinebiker (assuming you're a white straight guy like me.) I think it's nice we can afford to get our panties in a bunch when Native Americans can own casinos or trans people call themselves a different gender, because in the end it's not too big of a deal. It puts the struggle of other groups in perspective.

This caste system analogy is failing, I think you should choose a new one.
