Music remakes you think better than original

Music remakes you think better than original
Some would argue "I Will Always Love You" by Whitney Houston was better than Dolly Parton.

But here are two Pat Benatar songs I think are better than the originals.

Originally done by John Cougar "I Need a Lover" ....

And what I personally think was a far better version of the Beatles "Helter Skelter"..

And, FYI, the word is 'cover', not 'remake'.

Billy Idol, but who was the original?  I agree Billy Idol was far better.

Ok, for a free year's supply of pocket lint what 70 disco band did Yngwie Malmsteen do a cover of?

Give me the correct answer and post of the cover, and you know more than you are willing to admit.

ETTTTT. You did not answer my question fast enough.

Yngwie Malmsteen did a cover of ABBA's "Gimme Gimme"

Didn't answer because I wasn't interested in playing another one of your stupid fucking trivia games.

Kinda cool the way that video makes that song even more irritatingly pretentious than the original.
