Good question, theists seem to be obsessed with things that are none of their business. Why can they not say something like "I don't like gay sex, therefore I won't have any gay sex" instead of telling other people what to do?
I don't like the taste of vinager, but I would never tell any one else that they should not use vinager.

Family, is the short answer. one mother one father are the unit needed to raise disciplined, self respecting and well rounded children. Why would a man or a woman stay in a family situation when all they want is sex and sex is just a tinder or a grinder app away? Despite what we have been told since the 60s one parent can not do a good job on their own raising a child. even if the other parent is there but has all but checked out due to a porn addiction or a romance at the office or general disinterest and hate for the family.

Um no, sorry. "Family" exists because humans have sex. Other species group too. There is no magic to life.

Marriage in all of antiquity worldwide was a way bond different families together as more like a bartering process. Females in antiquity were seen more as property to bargain with. 

Marriage isn't a patent owned by one religion, nor is a religion required to be married or get a divorce. If anything that old mythology teaches kids to think with their emotions like marriage is a Disney movie, and marriage in reality isn't all peaches and cream, and some people should not stay married for that matter. Religion has no magic powers to keep people together. Relationships that last are about communication skills and problem solving skills. And healthy relationships are also about knowing when something is not working. 

Religion is nothing but a superstition, it distorts human behaviors and gives humanity an unrealistic view of life.
