"Never stop working with no addition of fuel". That's quite explicit isn't it.

indeed. So what do you think was the reason 2/3 of the christians leaving here was all about if not a suspension of logic and a declaration of all out war on them via personal attack?

Go back and read my initial thread "so what happened"? This demonstrates logic has been suspended for a personal war waged often time by multiple atheist bullies against one christian and it does not matter who that christian was/is they are personally and verbally brutalized till they want nothing to do with theis website anymore.

My call to a terms was an attempt to bring the more logical to terms or open their eyes to what they have become. Right now a it sits I am more aligned with scientific fact and logic than any of the ad hoc responders that I have been bombarded by.

agree.

fine sentiment... show me the last time logic and reason was employed to do what you have described here... These are all great talking points but it does not seem that you all know how to apply them as far as I and those who were chased out have seen.

what about catholic lady neo scholastic A-theist or any of the others that are gone because of the lack of the respect you would offer strangers. There was a bevy of topic these guys would get into and it always seemed to end the same way.

That's funny I see almost all of you like lost brothers, and would do anything in my power to help you find your way home. yes I get angry but that never lasts beyond the paragraph i responded to.

Rights... are an illusion, they are the chains that bind you to a specific society. You talk about rights, when there is freedom to be had. Slaves had rights in mst instances. Dogs have rights. prisoners have rights.. Men and women alike where made free by God. yet we elect to bind ourselves with morality and 'rights' to serve society as if we where it's slave.

Thanks but no thanks I think i will stick the freedom found in God.

again this whole last thread was about "You good people" ignoring proven scientific data in favor for the faith you had in what you wanted to believe.

So don't pretend to presume you have a lock on facts and are not as corrupt by faith as the religious. The fact that the discussion whether they be religious or even political has devolved into a who is the loudest hater contest proves facts are taking a back burner with most of you all.

"Faith" and "belief" are matters of opinion.

Facts however, don't give a shit what your opinion is.

If "faith" and "belief" constituted fact then Allah, and Yahweh, Buddha, Vishnu and Thor would all be true claims all at the same time.

You're the one who called it a perpetual motion machine. It was everyone else that disputed it. Are you now saying that you were wrong? If so discussion over. You've conceded our point.

@Drich

We do not have "faith". "Faith" is the illogical position, that inquiry and curiosity is less important than wishful thinking.

If "faith" was all there was to our species existence, our species never would have left the caves. Doubting and questioning is why we have modern technology, modern medicine, a modern understanding of biology, our planet and the universe. We have a modern understanding because humans dared to question social norms.

post 77 is an example of the manifestation of the brand of faith atheist have... it is faith in them selves and a faith that says they always know better than a christian and it is a faith that ignores a dozen links to imperial facts that can not be argued or dismissed because someone thinks i am a poopy head.

You claimed it would last until the components wore out 100K years from now.

You claimed it provides free nuclear power.

You claimed it did not use fuel.

Plus the hilarious claim about tear and wear. Hehe Hehe Hehe Hehe Hehe Hehe Hehe

Ill tell you what happened:
until ca. #134 he believed a perpetual motion machine just needs to "run forever", and i bet he thought geothermal energy would be the solution, because, it will last so long, almost forever. Facepalm . He didn tknow that being fueled forom the outside disqualifies his machine from being a perpetual motion machine, and he didnt realize that forever is literally for-fucking-ever. He didnt (and still doesnt) know shit about thermal thermodynamics. Hence his hysterical post:

Quote:come on boring you... You know I am not subject to your personal definitions... In the REAL definition of a perpetual motion machine the energy does 'have to go back into the hole.) That is you trying to move the goal posts so you do not have to admit that I literally came up with an example of a machine that will never stop working with no addition of fuel or material loss out side of wear and tear. Don't look now but that is the literal definition, and not your personal take.

per·pet·u·al mo·tion
/pərˈpeCH(əw)əl ˈmōSHən/

noun

  1. a state in which movement or action is or appears to be continuous and unceasing.
"the planet is in perpetual motion"
    • the motion of a hypothetical machine which, once activated, would run forever unless subject to an external force or to wear.
"the age-old quest for the secret of perpetual motion"

do you see the second definition?

This is me in a 2 min window providing you and the rest of the world with a machine that would technically run forever.

Until #153, he definitely (still) believed that wear and tear are excluded in the energy balance, yet wear and tear is the main problem for any (real) attempt of a (real) perpetual motion machine (not the bullshit-normal-machine being externally fueled like the engine of my car, which also has been explained ot him multiple times). Any machine with wear and tear can not, fundamentally not, be a perpetual motion machine (like any maching being fueled from the outside of the boundaries of its closed system). It definitely has escaped him until #153

Quote:and i do not think you understand the definition of perpetual motion machine.. even after I posted it.

wear and tear would consume the machine before the radiation of the core would stop producing enough heat to cause a fuel failure.

Meaning core fails with in 10 years all life ends, yet the machine will continue on till the bearing fails, or a pipe develops a leak or a rubber oring cracks and fails or 1000 other wear and tear things happens... which again is included in the defination.

Meaning the definition of perpetual motion machine makes allowances for wear and tear. which again will hapen long long before the machine runs out of fuel/heat.

He is an idiot with delusions of grandeur. He is making up shit as he goes along and thinks we are just as stupid and wont notice. Well, i got bad news for him.....

again... you win if you think the post is about the machine.. you have exceed my ad nauseum quota. what else do you want? I can not effectively communicate with you nor am I able to break your current train of thinking. you think you are right and will twist everything I say to make yourself right. even the fact that the whole machine discussion was a farce to talk about how you discuss things.

Since faith in god exist only in humans and depends on human faith in his own ability to judge the value of this notional faith in god, it is in principle impossible for you to do any better than atheists in this regard, only worse,    Your moronically conceited moron you.

verb
2.

  1. put in (an additional element, ingredient, etc.).
"chlorine is added to the water to kill bacteria"

What basic comprehension dictates in this statement is that the machine does not require any additional fuel source than what it is already built with. meaning the fuel source is the 7.5 mile hole and the close loop steam circuit where steam from water or coolant is reused over and over indefinitely.

not so hard to over come IF you read everything on page.

Everything Drich post makes sense now.

Drich believes physics, but not spelling and, oh, say, diction, is best learned using a dictionary.
