Actually I saw that exact thing happen on a documentary series I’ve watched on and off.
They have actual footage of a gun lifting into the air, along with a knife.
It would have killed one guy, but these two brothers stopped it. Unfortunately they couldn’t save one guy who was shot and killed.

Okay, two mass shootings that fulfill the FBI's definition of mass murder happening within 24 hours.
Here's the rules so far for America: The Drinking Game:
- Every time an innocent black person is killed by someone in law enforcement and the killer gets away with it, take a shot.
- Every time a mass shooting happens with at least four fatalities (thus fulfilling the FBI's definition of a mass murder), take a shot.
- Every time the President tweets something absurd and/or blatantly factually wrong, just take a sip, because we'd really prefer people not die doing this.
- Maybe down the whole bottle when a person or body with the potential to actually hold the President accountable for his deeds outright says, in their official capacity, that he's above the law. Simply implying it may just be shot-worthy. If it's Trump himself, it's definitely sip-worthy at this point.
- NEW RULE: When two mass shootings with four or more fatalities each happen within 24 hours of each other, down the whole bottle.

Well, clearly all other races/ethnicities kill because they're black or brown. You know; Being inherently predisposed to violence and whatnot.
When white males mow down folks in mass shootings, however, they're "hurting" and "mental ill" individuals who just happen to be white. Remember that!
So despite the fact that a disproportionate number of these recent mass shootings involve white males white espousing white nationalist/supremacist sentiments, do know that there's really nothing to see there.
I DEMAND that you quit suggesting that these poor, "troubled young men" could actually be terrorists or that America has a homegrown white nationalist domestic terrorism problem.
It's just ludicrous.
