Fucking awful film by the way. Well apart from Brit Ekland.

Yeah, I'm 26.

And okay! I definitely watched that movie at some point with my dad back in the day. I vividly remember that VHS cover lol. He was keen on showing us scary movies for some reason. I suspect he wanted to sort of scare us into being scared of "the devil" and push us toward Christianity (though maybe I'm giving him too much credit).

Joke's on him though, I now love horror movies and things involved with the occult. I don't believe in it. Nor do I dress in goth clothing and burn black candles in my room... but I just find things related to the occult interesting in general.

Thanks for that bit of nostalgia!

Ah but the question on everyone's mind is, did you get to play hide the sausage with that wiccan before discovering she was a loony?
It's amazing 'science' always seems to 'find' whatever it is funded for, and never the oppsite. Drich.

Before, during, and unfortunately, after, for a little bit. Oops.

People are perfectly entitled to not like 'The Wicker Man'.  These people are, of course, wrong.  Terrific piece of work.

To me, these people are particularly funny, especially the ones who do magic/magick/black magick. With magic, you think one could expect immediate results, no? So after a spell or ritual, do they all just stand around awkwardly, trying to ignore the fact that they all secretly know that their little act did a whole lot of nothing? Or do you think they find ways to convince themselves that something did happen?

Furthermore, what is the conversation like after a "magic ritual?" Do they talk about the weather or politics right after? Or do they keep the act up until they all go home?

I would think they all act and behave like any other democrat would. take credit for any victory no matter how small blam trump if something does work or the "base" and call everyone a racist and or bigot if they do not agree.

Are all occultists Democrats? I wasn't aware.

You mean like how Christians will credit god for helping them find a parking spot at Costco so they can go buy a jumbo-sized jar of mayonnaise to slather on their sammiches?

well they certainly are not god fearing republicans!

No I mean like how obama takes credit for getting us out of the economic slump he engineered with obama care, despite his claims of an economic collapse if trump were elected.

@Drich

What a fun way to try to turn a completely unrelated thread into a chance to complain about Obama.

You guys still haven't gotten over that?

Actually, I've been browsing some occult forums recently and wow is this shit funny. You have all of these people who claim to have all of this magical power and they talk about how they shape reality around them and manipulate people and cast spells and shit. These people are really full of themselves. It's honestly sad lol.

I'm not sure if I feel worse for them or for their xtian counterparts.

What a strange, deluded sense of reality you must have to have to consider yourself this master of reality because you "practice black magic." Weird.
