Ah religion. The wisdom is timeless.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

I think it was in Britain that a bunch of prisoners complained that the toilets in their prison faced Mecca.

I'm reminded of my time as a Hindu. I had a small statuette of the goddess Kali that I took with me everywhere I went. I was informed by the Indian nurse at the nursing home that carrying the goddess into bathrooms with me showed disrespect for the goddess.

I thought it meant to wipe your ass on Bill Wyman or Mick Jagger......
Yup. Keith Richards has obviously already been overused.

Is this like "Demolition Man" with the two shells?
That's my favorite Sandra Bullock film, for absolute cuteness.
