Cá no nosso tuga fazer pão implica simplesmente farinha, água, sal e um pouco de fermento. Claro que o trabalho de forno e a experiência conta muito, mas o mais simples do processo é isso. Ao amassar o pão, deve-se considerar que se faz como acariciar os seios se uma mulher, com o devido cuidado.
