The threat of nuclear war will never go away, it's as much a worry today as it was decades ago but people don't seem to be as concerned nowadays as in the past. All it will take is a pissed off leader and one push of a button.

I wouldn't live near a seaport. Load a nuke into a box container, load it on a carrier, and wait for it to arrive. You have already put a man at the other end, with orders to "push this button when I text a message to you." Remote control bomb detonation.
