Face it, Not all parts of the world are as self important, or as fickle, or as ignorant and gullible, or easily led to bullshit and superstition, or overawed by foolish rhetorics,  or as oblivious to its own hypocrisy, or wear the disguise of generosity as easily  while motivated so purely by not just self-interest of its whole, but self-interest of just a small part of itself, as america.

Actually, that's pretty much humanity in general. The US has a pretty bad case of it in a worse variety, that I will agree.

Comes with being an empire, and being perceived as the big dog. And usually empires are at their most hubristic when things are visibly beginning to fall apart.
