Yeah, I'm definitely implying none of that. I guess my basic point is that you should expect to find flaws when you look for an overarching philosophy in a work of fiction.

No I totally get that. Like I said, just thinking out loud.

I find her writing interesting because she's essentially a modern philosopher who wrote a work of fiction to bring her views to life, in a sense. Interesting stuff, at least, whether or not it's logically valid is another question I suppose.

That was never my point, so I'm not sure what your point is. Did I say they're insignificant? I'm pretty sure I just said it's not a great idea to turn to philosophy-laden fiction for your ideology.
My point was that plenty of of people do take philosophy-laden fiction as an ideology. And it's a problem.
