What makes you think Pence would get 8 years if Trump dies in office?

I don't want Trump to die in office because of all the conspiracy terrorists that would crop up.

Even before this pandemic, I often said since he was elected, I didn't want him dying in office for any reason. 

Trump's health would have declined naturally, by his own narcissism and fragile ego with a loss. 

Trump is facing lots of legal trouble if he loses in November. Trump has spent his entire life getting away with all sorts of shit and he is a self entitled asshole. Bullies like that get crushed when they don't get everything they want. 

If Pence had run instead of Trump, we'd be saying "Madam President."

Not sure Pence can get out the white supremacists like Trump can, but he would turn out many of the Republicans who don't like Trump and might depress the turnout for Biden a bit since he's less in-your-face obnoxious than Trump; so he probably would have a better shot. I think it's far from a slam dunk, though, a lot would depend on how he campaigns in the limited time he would have. It's unlikely that Trump will die though, the best outcome if you want Biden to win would be for Trump to be unable to campaign and still able to Tweet, IMHO.
