Those Political Memes
RE: Those Political Memes
[Image: Craz.jpg]
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Why are you surprised?

They’re christian sinners? If they don’t sin then jesus is pointless.

It’s other Christians who now have to pick what flavor of christian they are.

Republican logic 101

So this superintendent at Loudoun County Public Schools named   Dr. · Ziegler misspoke and  said that the school has a “pretty robust indoctrination plan” and Conservatives are insisting he was "saying the quiet part out loud rather than simply misspeaking (lets set aside the fact Republicans are the last on earth to talk in indoctrination consider not too long again they were pushing for "Patriotic Education " yeah that doesn't sound suspect at all)

But somehow a Republican Rep. Mary E. Miller openly declaring at a Trump rally that the overriding of Roe vs Wade as a "victory for white life" is just an innocent case of misspeaking and nothing nefarious.

Can we say, double standard anyone.....  Dodgy
