I seriously have forgotten how old  the "Who Wants To Be a Millionaire" game show was. I was a huge fan of Mad TV when it started, and forgot and stumbled upon this clip.

I can remember something similar from an episode of an obscure Nicktoon called Pelswick. In one episode, Pelswick and his family are being filmed for a reality show and there’s a lot of strange ideas for shows in that episode, including Who Wants to Marry a Guy Who’s A Million Years Old?
Comparing the Universal Oneness of All Life to Yo Mama since 2010.
