Putting it in my mouth
RE: Putting it in my mouth
Nearly choked on a piece of a cracker. Eating is so dangerous it should be outlawed.

If eating is outlawed then only outlaws will eat.

Homemade chili. I tried a few different things this time, including unsweetened cocoa powder and brown sugar. Tonight's batch had a weird heat. Typically I use cayenne with jalapeno or a can of chipotle peppers in adobo. I used cayenne & chipotle peppers tonight, alongside some chipotle chili powder, smoked hot Paprika, and three fresh jalapenos. It's different.

I had hoped to try out my new 8-quart pressure cooker, but I got the impression that I had too much stuff for an 8-quart pot. So I used the 10-quart pot instead.

They can have my crackers when they pry them from my cold, dead hand.

Romana pizza. One of the local pizza parlors only use fresh meat, vegetables & fruit. They are pricier than the competitions, but those pizzas use like a week old meat, that has been thawed and frozen for jebus knows how many times.

I made myself some seafood alfredo pasta.  Hungry

2 oz. of protein+ thin spaghetti
3 oz. of seafood medley(mussels, shrimp, calamari, imitation crab,)
1/2 jar of alfredo sauce(loosened with a cup of flaxmilk)
Sautee with seafood: kale leaves, broccoli, 1/4 diced onion, diced fresh mushrooms, diced tomato; until onion is translucent and kale is bright green but slightly wilted
Seasoned with crushed red pepper, minced garlic, iodized salt, and paprika

Simple, spicy and full of nutrients.
