I'm sure it would work with chicken. There's nothing seafood specific about it. *thumbs up*

I've been on a turkey sandwich kick lately. With various cheeses and spicy mustard. Quick, easy, little cleanup. I'm not a foodie so what's not to love.

I tried canned salmon for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed it. Going to try searing salmon filets tomorrow.
