Yes - do whatever you can to keep ants out of your food. But as for the recipe, JUST spuds and cabbage, nothing else. Fry it in butter, not oil.

Mapo tofu. I picked the sauce packet labeled as mild, but mixed it up by cooking the pork in hot chili oil. So I don't actually know how mild it was normally. I'll try spicy next.
