Coated a couple of chicken breasts in dry Buffalo wing seasoning. Air frying them, and going to serve them on a hoagie roll with Buffalo mayo.

Cooking some hunks of chicken in Korean BBQ sauce to put over rice later. I couldn't find a recipe for what I wanted to do, so I'm making it up as I go.

I have my trusty thermometer, so long as I don't poison myself I think it will be fine.

I made pot roast in a Guinness base with veg yesterday. It took almost 5 hours at low temp in a dutch oven. My dog was drooling all day.

I had leftovers for lunch today. Couldn't keep my eyes open in the 2:00 meeting!
